Chocolate & Orange Basque Cheesecake
Rich chocolate Basque cheesecake with a delicate, creamy texture and bright citrus notes of orange. All of this is complemented by the signature burnt crust and the subtle sesame flavour of tahini.
Our Chocolate & Orange Basque Cheesecake is a twist on the famous Spanish San Sebastián cheesecake, created for those who love rich chocolate flavours and unexpected combinations.
Made with a cream cheese base, cocoa, orange paste and sesame tahini, it brings together deep chocolate notes with the vibrant citrus flavour of oranges and candied mandarins. Tahini adds a subtle nutty, sesame undertone.
True to the Basque cheesecake tradition, it features a distinctive burnt crust with delicate smoky notes. Inside, the chocolate filling is exceptionally smooth, dense yet creamy. Its appearance is just as distinctive, with an almost black crust, warm amber-coloured patterns and a rich chocolate centre.
